Hi, I’m Alexia, founder of Calore Club and creator of the MAT360™ Method. I’m so happy you’re here 🫶🏼
The idea for Calore started long before I realized it. I grew up an athlete, a soccer player obsessed with strength and endurance. But eventually, the heavy lifts and “go-hard-or-go-home” workouts stopped working. My body plateaued, my motivation dipped, and after being diagnosed with PCOS, I learned that all that intensity was actually holding me back.
I started exploring Pilates, barre, cycling, boxing, and running, diving deep into anatomy, alignment, and the science behind movement. I loved the intention of Pilates but missed the power and rhythm of circuit training. And honestly, I just craved a space that felt good.
SO I BUILT IT.
Calore is built on minimal compromise, an intentional balance of anatomy, energy, and beauty. In today’s world, it’s not always easy to feel confident chasing a vision, but I believe in this one so deeply that my family and I are taking the leap to make it real. Calore isn’t just a workout; it’s a sensory experience. Every element, from the lighting and design to the music and movement, is intentional. The goal is simple: when you leave, you feel better than when you walked in—strong, confident, nurtured, and re-inspired.

What started as basement workouts to help me feel like myself again, physically and mentally, after having babies became something much bigger. Not just a method, but a movement. A workout that challenged my body while grounding my mind.
